She's Done Been Loaded!

OK...  It appears that all the 'Hard Parts' are Done.  I still have to install Seating, Oar Stations and Rub Rails.
But, we could launch now, if we wanted... just put the Outboard on and Go...  Maybe, that thought will get me
thru the day or so of finishing that I should get done.  It sure is great to see The Boat sitting on The Trailer!

The Motor

My Friend helped me tote the Outboard over to The Boat... We mounted and secured it to the stern.  We hooked
it up with water to 'Ear Muffs' and began to check it out.  It was reluctant to start... however, with just a whiff of
ether, it set about it's appointed task...Running. It seems that the carburetor was a little gummy with the years of
storage.  We were able to run it long enough to smooth out the Motor's rough edges, and got it to idle smoothly.
However, it still refuses to start without a whiff of ether.
